Your expertise in medical surgical nursing will support our mission to care for and improve human lives, ensuring patient comfort and optimal outcomes. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures of HCA Healthcare. Participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care based on patient needs and care plan. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records of patient care. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patients for reactions or side effects. Strong clinical skills in a medical surgical environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to make quick and accurate assessments of patient conditions Proficiency in using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice BLS certification ACLS preferred
