Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered
Nurse for a PRN (pro re nata) position in our Medical-Surgical
unit. The chosen candidate will provide top-notch patient care at
one of our advanced healthcare facilities, adhering to our core
mission of improving human life. This role requires a compassionate
professional who can adapt to varying work hours and patient needs
with a sharp focus on patient recovery and health management.
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a
medical-surgical setting. Monitor patient conditions and assess
their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
Administer medications and treatments to patients and observe their
reactions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members,
offering professional and personalized care. Maintain accurate
patient records and adhere to confidentiality ethics. Educate
patients and their families on disease prevention and health
management. Strong nursing and clinical skills in a
medical-surgical environment. Exceptional communication and empathy
skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part
of a team. Proficiency in managing multiple patient care needs.
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented. Medical Insurance

Registered Nurse license. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
