The ED features a steady patient flow, strong nursing support, on-site diagnostics, and close coordination with hospital specialists. Physicians manage a wide range of acute presentations and play a key role in stabilizing and guiding patients through the appropriate follow-up pathways. BE/BC required in relevant specialties, plus ACLS, BLS, PALS, and Trauma certification.Ideal candidates are calm under pressure, adaptable, and comfortable with an inclusive scope of practice common to rural emergency medicine.HRMC values clinicians who bring sound judgment, clear communication, and a patient-first mindset to every shift.
