Job Description Summary As an Obstetrics and Gynecology
specialist the clinical responsibilities will consist primarily of
seeing OBGYN patients in an outpatient setting and providing
admission, discharge, and rounding on inpatients on both the
obstetrics (including labor and delivery) and gynecology (including
the operating room) services. The candidate will also be
responsible for providing consultative services in the Emergency
Department, including the management of OBGYN patients with other
hospital services, and will provide the above services Monday
through Friday and will be expected to take OBGYN call on weekends
and nights when assigned or as needed by the Department. This role
may also be responsible for traveling to other parts of South
Carolina to perform OBGYN/GYN services for service contracts for

(Infrequent) Ability to lift objects, up to 15 lbs., from floor
level to height of 36 inches, unassisted. (Infrequent) Ability to
lower objects, up to 15 lbs., from height of 36 inches to floor
level, unassisted. (Infrequent) Ability to push/pull objects, up to
15 lbs., unassisted. (Infrequent) Ability to maintain 20/40 vision,
corrected, in one eye or with both eyes. (Continuous) Ability to
see and recognize objects close at hand. (Frequent) Ability to see
and recognize objects at a distance. (Frequent) Ability to
determine distance/relationship between objects; depth perception.
