Job Description:
Join HCA Healthcare as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse to
take a dynamic role in delivering compassionate, high-quality
medical care to critically ill or injured patients in our
fast-paced emergency departments. This position offers a unique

highest standards of patient care. As a member of our nursing team,
you will engage directly in our mission to care for and improve
human life by providing efficient emergency medical services in a
state-of-the-art setting. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing
care to patients in the emergency department. Assess patients'
conditions during every visit and chart your observations.
Administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician.
Collaborate with physicians to devise individualized care plans for
patients. Monitor patients for changes in status and indications of
conditions such as sepsis or shock and respond appropriately.
Advocate for patients’ and families' needs, and provide emotional
support for both patients and their families. Coordinate with
healthcare team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive
care. Participate in educational programs to maintain competency
and enhance nursing skills. Strong analytical and decision-making
skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities in
high-stress situations. Ability to perform all clinical duties in
accordance with the nurse practice act and hospital policies.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Current Registered Nurse License in the state of employment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) required. Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support (ACLS) certification. Pediatric Advanced Life Support
(PALS) certification is advantageous.
