Key responsibilities:
Summary/Objective - This position is responsible for handling customer questions in a high call volume enviornment, taking inbound calls, making outbound calls, provide information about Tumi's products and - delivery of exceptional levels of customer satisfaction
Essential Functions - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Handles all ACD calls In a professional, prompt. accurate and thorough manner.
Resolve warranty issues according to company guidelines.
Issue replacement bags as deemed necessary with approval.
Resolve estimate Issues on a timely basis.
Work closely with the repair operations department In Georgia to ensure that repairs are completed on a timely basis. Respond to consumer correspondence from letters and emails on a Umely basis.
Send catalogs as requested; provide product information and dealer locations.
Issue service order numbers to customers for bags needing repair and direct to appropriate repair locations. Determine part(s) needed for a consumer repair and place order.
Issue loaner bags as needed.
Handle escalated Issues from other representatives.
Distributes emails.
Handle all lntemational customers.
Support team by answering questions and offering feedback.
Act as shift supervisor when needed.
Promote teamwork by leading by example.
Stay focused and help to maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED). - Must be able to read, write and understand written English. - Typing and computer skills are required. - TUMI encourages individual growth in pursuit of achieving corporate goals.
