Position Summary

Lowcountry Foundation Repair, a regional leader in the foundation repair industry, is seeking to hire a positive, energetic individual to join its team of CUSTOMER SERVICE Representatives. The role of the Customer Service Representative is to schedule sales and maintenance appointments for our salespeople and service technicians.

    What You Would Do
    • Represent us by answering calls, setting sales and service appointments, and following up with customers on various issues
    • Keep customer records and database current
    • Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our work
    • Provide tactical support to other departments of the company
    • Provide customers with a remarkable experience
      What We Need for this Role
      • Experience in the customer service field
      • Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills
      • Proficiency in computer programs and apps
      • Ability to make a large number of calls to prospective clients per day and even with constant rejection, have the persistence and positive attitude to continue in these efforts every day
      • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
