looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! Someone
highly motivated, a multi-tasker with great customer skills to
dispatch our team of service technicians. This position requires a
motivated person that is detail oriented and ability to work as a

Service SpecialistPay Scale: Top Customer Service Specialist can
make $20/hr or moreIncentive Pay: Offering and selling Maintenance
Agreements, renewing maintenance agreements, accessories, follow up
with service recommendations with customers & setting in home sales
appointments, and Positive reviews.Benefits: Medical 50% paid for
employee, dental, vision, 401k with match, vacation time, other
insurance benefits offeredWork Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am
5:00pm with occasion overtime and on call rotation for after hours
dispatching.Primary Job Function: Answer incoming calls. Support
lead dispatcher with maintaining Service Technicians daily
schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are
completed. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in.
Scheduling in home sales appointments & follow up on leads.
Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and
concise communications with department managers, employees, and
company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to
company schedule and requested lead-times.Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check & drug screen
- 2 + years customer service experience, or combination of
education and experience
- Stellar customer service skills
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment
- The ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with
team members and customers
- Proficient Microsoft Office experience
- Field Edge and other dispatching software experience is a
plus
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Follow processes and procedures
- General sales skills and aptitude
- Advanced communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- HVAC or similar industry experience desired
