Responsibilities: Safely drive and deliver products to customer job
sites, ensuring compliance with all safety procedures. Conduct
pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify that mechanical,
safety, and emergency equipment are in good working order. Secure
cargo using ropes, chains, and covers, and load/unload products as
necessary. Maintain logs of working hours and vehicle service,
adhering to state and federal regulations. Collect and verify
delivery instructions, routes, and obtain customer signatures for
delivered goods. Report vehicle defects, accidents, or traffic
violations promptly. Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks and
ensure cleanliness of the truck's interior. Read and interpret maps
to determine optimal routes for deliveries. Requirements:
Qualifications: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License. Minimum
2 years of driving with CDL-A License. Completion of a professional
truck driving school and regular safety and compliance knowledge.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record per DOT and FMCSA guidelines Bilingual
in Spanish (preferred) Skills: Strong judgment and decision-making
capabilities. Excellent time management and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and provide outstanding customer
service. Attention to detail Excellent driver More details: Full
time position, averaging 40-hour work weeks (overtime eligible over
40 hours) Monday-Friday, with some occasional Saturdays Hourly pay
