RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare the pizza dough, sauces, cheeses, and toppings (tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and more) Become a master at spinning dough in an open kitchen; our customers love this, they will cheer for you (for reals) Monitor exact temperatures and cooking times for our premium stone-baked pizzas Be comfortable talking to coworkers and guests; we want you to extend the Mellow vibe to everyone – especially team members Prepare the Mellow specialty pizzas our guests crave and rave about. This includes following recipes and creating build-your-own menu items that leave guests coming back for more.
