Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to Dutch Bros’ standard recipes. Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with health and safety regulations. Operate the cash register, handle payments accurately, and maintain financial responsibility. Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies. Engage with customers, providing menu information, and answering questions to enhance their experience. Proficiency in making a wide array of coffee and tea drinks. Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Cash handling and basic math skills. Ability to work quickly and efficiently, especially during peak hours.
