Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages according to Dutch Bros standards. Engage with customers, providing a friendly and efficient service to ensure a memorable visit. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to meet health and safety standards. Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service and product knowledge. Promote and uphold the positive, energetic Dutch Bros company culture within the team. Ability to quickly and efficiently prepare coffee and other beverages Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact positively with customers Cash handling and register operation experience Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail for maintaining high quality standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Food Handler's card (or ability to obtain one prior to employment)
