you will master the art of coffee preparation and customer

Oregon headquarters, this position offers a fantastic opportunity
to grow within the company and interact with a diverse client base
daily. Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to
Dutch Bros standards. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menu
items, promotions, and service procedures. Ensure workstation,
utensils, and seating area cleanliness complies with health and
safety regulations. Assist customers by providing information and
resolving their complaints. Engage with customers to ensure a
memorable experience, reflecting the upbeat culture of Dutch Bros.
Participate in inventory control and management. Train new staff as
needed and participate in workshops and seminars to enhance service
levels. Expertise in operating coffee machines and other relevant
equipment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to
work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Passion
for coffee and customer service excellence Attention to detail for
beverage quality and hygiene standards Medical Insurance Dental
