Improve customer satisfaction and quickly resolve customer

Our entry-level Customer Service Representatives are repsonsible
for the following tasks:
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve
- Utilize systems and technology to complete account management
- Recognize sales opportunity and apply sales skills to
