Qualifications: Must be at least 25 years old Must have at least

No more that 2 moving violations in previous 3 years No speeding
tickets 15 mph over the limit No DOT reportable accidents
contributed to in the previous 3 years No OOS violations for Hours
of Service in the previous 2 years Pre-employment DOT 5-panel drug
