Sr Technical HR Data Quality in GAC Savannah

Unique Skills:

Experience in Learning Management Systems preferred.

Education and Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field preferred. 7 years demonstrated experience preferably in an HR environment.

Position Purpose:

Under general supervision, responsible for maintaining accurate HR records and data in critical HR systems. This includes support for data auditing and data cleanup projects, as well as maintaining documentation for HR data and record management processes.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions: 1. Responsible for accurate data entry and maintaining accurate records in the corporate HR management system, the corporate learning system, and the talent management system 2. Review, input and/or validate data in HR management system (HRMS) to support employee actions such as promotions, transfers, hires and terminations while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. 3. Lead data validation activities, data cleanup projects, and data integrity audits 4. Adhere to and help develop departmental service level agreements (SLAs) for data maintenance tasks 5. Perform regular record scanning, archiving, and validating using the enterprise record retention platform. 6. Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR data maintenance in accordance with the GD records retention policy and industry training record regulations. 7. Support employee record requests, including subpoenas, and control access to HR records for hiring managers, employees, and other 3rd parties as needed. 8. Provide training on enterprise HR data entry and maintenance practices to HR personnel at all Gulfstream sites.

Additional Functions: 1. Interpret GD records retention policy and makes process recommendations. 2. Work with IT support to test enterprise scanning platform upgrades. 3. Cross-train with other HR personnel on activities that impact HR record quality. 4. Proactively communicate HR data issues to appropriate HR function. Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements: 1. Exceptional organization and time management skills. 2. Ability to manage multiple tasks. 3. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with special attention to detail. 4. Strong PC skills, especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. 5. Experience working with HR management systems, learning systems, and talent management systems preferred.
