Job Summary This position supports the HR function by overseeing the full life cycle recruiting process to assure quality hires and an excellent candidate experience. This role will successfully work with hiring managers to understand staffing goals and drive best practices to effectively source, screen, select, and on-board talent. This is a full-time, hourly position reporting to the Assistant Director of HR.Job Duties & Responsibilities Develops collaborative relationship with hiring managers to understand department staffing goals.Identifies required skills and experience for open positions by conducting job requisition intake with hiring managers.Posts and manages open positions on Careers page and various job boards.Develop, maintain, and provide accurate and legally compliant job descriptions for all positions.Uses sourcing strategies, such as online job boards, networking, resume mining, social networking and attending recruiting events to attract a diverse pipeline of candidates.Oversees and maintains Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) ensuring candidate information is complete, processed accurately, and meets compliance requirements.Guides candidates through pre-hire process, new hire paperwork and on-boarding activities. Ensures efficiency and effectiveness of recruiting process and resources while maintaining fair, consistent, and legally compliant hiring practices.Maintains effective recruiting materials to include interview guides, job specific interview questions, TLC application, offer letter templates, new hire paperwork, and pre-hire forms.Maintains understanding of compensation approach for each job level and position.Administers Employee Referral Program ensuring accurate tracking, payment processing, and methods to increase referrals.Accurately tracks the status of all open, closed, and filled searches and provides monthly report.Helps create and support employee retention, engagement, and recognition and rewards initiatives to create a culture of excellence and high morale.Provides effective communications through a variety of methods such as email, employee app, etc.Performs other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by Assistant Director of HR. Minimum Qualifications & ExperienceHigh School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred. 2 + years preferred experience in Human Resources with emphasis on recruitment, on-boarding employee relations, retention, and engagement.Previous hospitality/private club experience, a plus. Critical SkillsExcellent customer service orientation with ability and willingness to respond to inquiries quickly. A demonstrated ability to act independently, organize workload, set priorities, work well under pressure, adapt to change, and handle confidential information.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Flexibility with changing deadlines and priorities.Ability to build effective relationships at all levels.Strong consultative and communication skills Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS. iCIMS and UltiPro experience, a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Physical DemandsSits and is stationary 50% of workday.Works on computer 30% of workday.Stands and walks for 20% of workday.Indoors 70% of workday.
