Job DescriptionThe Account Coordinator, International Nursing, executes a variety of tasks in support of the International Nursing Account Management team to assist them in managing day-to-day processes. Tasks may include candidate screening, candidate profile review and submission, candidate interview preparation, candidate profile uploads and confirmations in all Vendor Management Systems, enter and maintain orders, billing and collections follow up and resolution activities as well as various other support tasks as needed.Job Tasks: As directed by President and OGP AM's, provides initial screening of candidate submittal on the OGP-1 Ready for Placement report.Helps to prepare candidate profiles based on high demand specialties and assists with AMIE profile completion, skills checklist retrieval and references.Sends marketing material on open positions that match the candidate's specialty and determines candidate the candidate's location preference, if any.Assists in updating status of pending candidates; coordinating between Account Management and Sales. Creating and maintaining candidate profiles in vendor systems technology with the assistance of PSG resource/s.Guides work that flows through PSG (Technology updates, Bios, interviews)Assists AM's to connect interviews via TEAMs , Webex, Zoom or other technology.Monitor and maintain VMS Inbox and coordinate candidate submission with matching technology i.e Shiftwise, Medefis, BID4Health, Fieldglass, Vizient. In collaboration with AM, create and/or maintain internal job descriptions, unit descriptions and Facility contacts within open AMIE orders.Creates Marketing profiles for all new Facilities to introduce the Facility, community and location selling points to the Ready for Placement pipelineDownloads, distributes and updates the following reports on a weekly basis: Placed, Ready for Placement, Open Orders, Not ready for Placement. Updates Sales Metrics and Plan to Actual with actual placements, net weeks booked, and records weeks canceled.Assists with candidate on boarding activities as directed by AM's, i.e. Candidate Bio's, Pre-arrival appointments, First Day Instructions, SSN distribution to clients, orientation information.Coordinates and/or responds to requests for assistance with timecards, billing (including UBR) and collections.Partners with account management in varying capacities to ensure client expectations are met on a daily basis.Sends AMN Passport information following placement status at "Booked"/PIN's and ensures job offer completion and recording in ENTREE.Ensures pre-placement candidate files are ready for submission to Clients.Calls candidates to determine their level of interest in a specific order and or location in order to drive supply to specific orders.Gathers family information and adds information to AMIE.Project management as needed to support new and existing clientsInternal Customers & PartnersAccount ManagersSales Manager/sClinician Support SpecialistImmigration teamRecruitment teamClinical TeamCredentialing TeamExternal Customers All Clients; VMS, MSP, DirectCandidatesProprietary client and candidate databaseVMS technology (Medefis, Shiftwise, BID for Health, Fieldglass, Client specific, others as required)MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).ENTRE, AMIE, Salesforce, Canva, Powerpoint, BRAIN, TSC.Minimum Education/Certifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Experience: 1-3 years providing operational or administrative support in a Staffing or HR environment.Work Environment and CultureWork performed primarily in an office environment, consisting of light to moderate physical activity, including use of computer, telephone and/or other office equipment.Work on-site within the expected work hours and schedule including required meetings and on-time attendance.All team members must adhere to AMN Healthcare's mission statement, core values, and company policies and customer service standards.This position description is a communication tool, does not guarantee employment, and is not intended to be all-inclusive.
