Signage Project Manager I
The TMX Finance-- Family of Companies is looking for a Signage
Project Manager I to join a fast-paced, process-driven team that
executes and provides results, setting our business up for success.
You will use your proven experience in a project-driven environment
to provide complete administrative and project management support
for the Signage team. Your impeccable organizational skills,
positive approach to assignments, and sense of urgency when
executing a wide range of tasks will be your keys to successful
project management and professional growth.
This is an in-office position. The health and well-being of our

thrive, and customers can feel safe. Currently, in our stores and
Corporate offices, we're practicing social distancing, wearing face
coverings (subject to certain exemptions), cleaning frequently, and
following state and local requirements as well as Center for
Disease Control (CDC) guidelines to help ensure a clean and safe
environment for all. As the situation evolves, changes may be made
to our practices, in line with state and local mandates as well as
Manage sign vendors and source vendors, evaluating vendor pricing
and quality standards.
Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors and Installers to ensure
adherence with company pricing guidelines.
Further develop sign cost estimates and detailed scopes of work
based on vendor supplied design documents.
Review vendor supplied design documents for consistency and value
engineering opportunities while reviewing local sign code for
Maintain rapport with current vendors to ensure consistent and fair
Work in conjunction with Leasing and Real Estate Departments
regarding lease language and sign criteria.
Prepare requisitions for sign purchase orders and work with
accounting to ensure timely payment to vendors.
Manage sign vendors during all phases of permitting and
Collaborate with our build out team to ensure all sign packages are
installed in a timely manner, coordinating directly with onsite
Collect and process all close out documents (photos, invoices,
etc.) for release of project payment; assist vendors with research
of aged invoices.
Maintain current artwork on all digital signage through remote
Upload all supporting documents to Company software/store
Ensure professional and timely execution of maintenance and repairs
to existing signage.
Other essential duties and responsibilities as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work extensively with Microsoft Excel and Outlook,
and Adobe Acrobat
- Must exhibit consistent ability to provide attention to detail
while maintaining a constant workflow of multiple
project/priorities on time and on budget
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation
- Must be a highly motivated, self-starter with strong
- Physical demands for this position frequently include: the
ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely
inside and occasionally outside of the office, and the operation of
mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
