Vaden Nissan of Savannah is hiring Appointment Schedulers, Business Development Reps (BDR) to use a script guiding your answers when responding to the internet, phone, and 'live chat' requests for information about vehicle prices and availability to purchase. Your goal is to schedule several appointments/day for potential customers to meet with our dealership's sales team. Enjoy working in our FUN, fast-paced Business Development Center!     • Use a script to guide your answers when responding to internet, telephone, and 'live chat' requests for information about vehicle pricing and availability to purchase.
    • Identify customers' needs, answer questions in a professional, pleasant manner, and assist them to the best of your ability.
    • Schedule several appointments/day for customers to meet with our dealership's sales team.
    • Follow up with leads that are not ready to schedule an appointment.Qualifications - Appointment Scheduler:
      • Auto BDC experience is preferred but not required. We train for success!
      • Call center/customer service experience is a plus!
      • Great customer service and communication skills
      • A positive, upbeat attitude and motivated to excel in your career
      • Energetic and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
      • The ability to multi-task, follow directions, and be open to change
      • A good work ethic and professional appearance
