Advantage is partnering with our exceptional client in Pooler, GA. They are looking to add Manufacturing Associates to their facility immediately! Shift is Monday-Thursday 7am -5:45pm. -Regular attendance is mandatory with availability to work overtime as determined by managementPay is $14/hour!Fun Fact: This company assembles aircraft parts for Gulfstream. -This a great long term opportunity to get hired on with company and learn about aircraft materials. -Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities:

• Identifies and selects correct raw materials
• Identifies, selects and uses correct tooling
• Cuts, trims, shapes and prepares details from raw material. Assembles and finishes part or kit per work instruction.
• Labels product accurately and legibly
• Consistently meets production standards for both quantity and acceptable quality level
• Documents fabrication actions and material usage by written or electronic means
