Job Description:

A benefits management company is seeking a Remote Data Integration Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:
Participating in requirement review with Business Analysts
Designing innovative and scalable solutions for customer requirements
Developing proof-of-concept prototypes and initial implementation models
Skills and Requirements Include:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar area of concentration
Strong Communication and Presentation skills
Passion for building scalable, secure and performance based applications
Strong experience working on tools like TOAD
Strong hands on experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL*Loader, Performance tuning, ETL.
10+ years of experience that includes hands on experience leading large scale technology modernization projects
