The Treetop - Georgia - Seeking individuals interested in making a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. - -Treetop Therapy is a provider of family-centered in-home applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy for children ages 2-18 years old with an Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Treetop Therapy is seeking individuals who are passionate about serving children to provide direct care ABA therapy to children who meet medical necessity. - As a Behavior Technicians you will be the face of our company and will be provided the highest quality training and support from our dedicated supervising clinicians and leadership team. -Client services hours are based on medical necessity and include daytime and afterschool working opportunities. - Behavior Technicians must complete 40 hours of paid training in ABA and pass a board certification exam to ensure they are outfitted with the tools and training needed to be successful while working with our clients. -

Required Qualifications for Behavior Technicians -

HS Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License
Reliable means of transportation (we do not transport clients) -
Ability to travel to multiple locations
Ability to pass a criminal history background check and drug test (in applicable states)
Ability to work with clients of multiple ages, skill levels, and behaviors -
Ability to communicate and collaborate in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications for -Behavior Technicians:

Prior experience working with individuals with special needs or disabilities
Ability to obtain and/or complete CPR/BLS certificate (if applicable)
Ability to communicate and summarize information clearly and concisely in written form
Passionate about driving change and supporting independent growth
Desire to be a positive influence in the community and in the lives of the clients Treetop Therapy services. -
