Seeking board certified Behavior Technicians [RBTs / BCATs / or ABATs] interested in making a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. -Treetop Therapy is a provider of family-centered in-home applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy for children ages 2-18 years old with an Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Treetop Therapy is seeking individuals who are passionate about serving children to provide direct care ABA therapy to children who meet medical necessity. - As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or equivalent certified technician, you will be the face of our company and will be provided the highest quality training and support from our dedicated supervising clinicians and leadership team. Client services hours are based on medical necessity and include daytime and afterschool working opportunities. - RBT's who work for Treetop Therapy are also outfitted with the tools they need to be successful while working with our clients. We provide a variety of materials and stimuli to encourage skills acquisition, learning, behavior modification, positive reinforcement and best practices. -

Required Qualifications for RBTs / BCATs / ABATs: -

HS Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License
Reliable means of transportation (we do not transport clients) -
Ability to travel to multiple locations
Ability to pass a criminal history background check and drug test (in applicable states)
Ability to work with clients of multiple ages, skill levels, and behaviors -
Ability to communicate and collaborate in a team environment

Desired Qualifications for -RBTs / BCATs / ABATs

Ability to obtain and/or complete CPR/BLS certificate (if applicable)
Ability to communicate and summarize information clearly and concisely in written form
Passionate about driving change and supporting independent growth
Desire to be a positive influence in their community and in the lives of the clients Treetop Therapy services. -

Preferred Qualifications for -RBTs / BCATs / ABATs

Associated Degree or Higher
RBT / BCAT / ABATs certification or eligiblity to take certification exam
Prior experience working with individuals with special needs or disabilities
Prior experience with EMR systems for data collection and medical records (Central Reach/ Rethink/ Catalyst)
