Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Body Shop Process Management:* Establish and maintain a viable business system for Body Shop Operations.* Experience and knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards (PFMEA, control plan, etc.).* Follow the policies or procedures of employer.Qualifications and Preferences:Minimum:* Bachelor's degree or related work experience.* SAP experience (MM & BW modules).* Time management systems.* Experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications.* Knowledge and experience in data analysis and developing proposals.* Analyzing and developing budgets.* Enter purchase requisitions and process invoices.* Work independently with minimal supervision.* Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require company-approved sponsorship for this position now or in the future.Education / Personnel / Organization Management:* Follow the training policies or procedures of employer.* Build and maintain a good rapport with other manufacturing units for effective communication.* Cooperate in strengthening organizational power through communication and active exchanges among employees.Preferred:* 2 or more years of job-related experience.* Job experience related to the automotive industry.Competency-based:* Working with Team members.* Planning and Organizing.* Problem solving.* Communication.* Strategic Thinking and Mindset.* Commitment to transformative change.* Flexibility.* Communication/Collaboration attitude with Korean companies and employee.Travel Requirement:* Domestic/International travel required.Compensation & Benefits:* Employer offers opportunities for growth, work flexibility, and competitive pay and benefits.* Employer offers competitive medical, vision, and dental insurance.* Employer offers relocation pay for this position. * 401K will be applied to employees beginning in mid to late 2023.* Employer requires a pre-employment drug screen.
