Job Description:
Overview of the Role:* Manage and oversee strategic workforce
and employment processes/functions/regulatory compliance including
recruiting, immigration, transfer/career opportunity programs, and
organizational structure in an automotive manufacturing environment
to meet and exceed company goals and objectivesKey
Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual
must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The
requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge,
skill, and/or ability required. * Assist in managing projects, and
resources for Human Resource Employment section.* Assist in
developing, implement, and monitor policies and procedures related
to company programs and assets.* Advise managers on organizational
policy matters and recommend needed changes for continuous
improvement.* Apply leading edge recruiting principles to develop
strong candidate relationships and deliver high quality talent to
Hiring Managers.* Build partnerships and consult with Hiring
Managers on issues concerning recruiting and sourcing for the best
employee for a position.* Develop recruiting policies and
procedures for cost effective personnel selection.* Identify
sourcing avenues and post recruitment advertisements.* Accept
directions from more than one person at a time and oversee multiple
projects.* Adhere to all company policies and procedures along the
recruiting process.* Professionally communicate with Hiring
Managers and external candidates both verbally and in writing.*
Meet all other requirements as assigned.Key Skills: * Strong
computer skills, including Microsoft Office knowledge and
experience.* Interpersonal skills such as telephony skills,
communication skills, active listening and customer-care.* Ability
to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.* Solid business
acumen.* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.*
Ability to self-manage, take initiative, multi-task and adapt to
change.* Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation,
instruction and/or persuasion with others.Qualifications &
Preferences:Education:* Bachelor's degree required, Human Resource
Management, Organizational Psychology, or Labor Relations major
preferred.* Advanced degree in a related field
preferred.Experience:* Minimum 2 years of related job experience
