Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Body Shop Process Management:* Proficiency in robotic welding, weld controls. * Preferred experience with various manufacturing processes such as welding or brazing.* Experience and knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards (PFMEA, control plan, etc).* Follow the policies or procedures of the employer.Plant construction and Preparation for new model production:* Performs production preparation work related to the input of new models.* Oversee, inspect and manage new model project progress.* Analyze production data and quality data at the beginning of production, improve the issue, stabilize, and document.Qualifications and PreferencesMinimum:* Associate degree (Welding) or related work experience.* Proficiency in robotic welding, weld controls.* Experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications.* Knowledge and experience in data analysis and developing proposal.* Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require company-approved sponsorship for this position now or in the future.Education / Personnel / Organization Management:* Follow the training policies or procedures of employer.* Build and maintain a good rapport with other manufacturing units for effective communication.* Cooperate in strengthening organizational power through communication and active exchanges among employees.Preferred:* 2 or more years of job-related experience.* Job experience related to the automotive industry.Competency-based:* Working with Team members.* Planning and Organizing.* Problem solving.* Communication.* Strategic Thinking and Mindset.* Commitment to transformative change.* Flexibility.* Communication/Collaboration attitude with Korean companies and employee.Travel Requirement:* Domestic/International travel required.Compensation & Benefits:* Employer offers opportunities for growth, work flexibility, and competitive pay and benefits.* Employer offers competitive medical, vision, and dental insurance.* Employer offers relocation pay for this position. * 401K will be applied to employees beginning in mid to late 2023.* Employer requires a pre-employment drug screen.
