As a Lactation Consultant, you will provide lactation management services to expectant and new parents. You will develop and maintain positive relationships with our patients, guests, other team members, and medical staff by striving for excellence in service and quality. You will be responsible for:
--- Providing in-hospital consultation, outpatient consultation, and physician and staff consultation--- Conducting formal in-services to hospital staff, maintain the resource library, and develop patient education materials--- Developing policies and procedures as well as community outreach programs and physician education
