Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Coordinating & Coaching TM's activities as a 1st line supervisor in GA maintenance to meet section's goals. (PM / Down Time / Skill Level). * Need to follow HMGMA shift rotation plan based on HMGMA sales & production plan(3shift or 4crews + 2shift rotation including holidays, final rotation TBD).* Carry out and report on status of assigned tasks at beginning, during and conclusion.(Trouble shooting, PM activities and all other requests from superiors).*Need full support for urgent requests regarding equipment issues (Night, Weekends, and Holidays).* Be sure to comply with Safety & Environmental guideline while performing any maintenance activities.* Should have pre-approval from direct management to use personal leave. * Support all levels of management to encourage good teamwork (Meeting, Events, and Collaboration).* Performs other related duties as assigned by department management as needed, including outside of regular daily work scope.* Manage daily PM activities based on PM system (Manpower, Plan-Results, PM Quality) to maintain stable equipment operation condition in each shop.* Manage team training and development.* Breakdown management support and reporting to improve shop MTTR/MTBF performance.* Coordinate/Approve/Report improvement idea from TMs to resolve any issue. * Have 1st responsibility to maintain spare parts / team center / training room.* Need good communication with AM to supervise and control conflicts in the organization and support any team member issues.* Enforce company policies and procedures.* Need to be a mentor for all shop members to encourage continuous improvement.Qualifications & PreferencesMinimum:* Minimum of 6 years maintenance career in automated industry. *Experience in managing at least 8 team members, minimum as a team leader.* Electrical & Mechanical trouble shooting experience (PLC, Power circuit, inverter & motors).* Tech College graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment (certified apprenticeship, etc.).Preferred:* GA Maintenance career in major automotive manufacturers.* Robot & AGV system maintenance experience (Kawasaki & Fanuc robots).* Test line equipment system maintenance experience (Fori, A&G, BEP, etc.).*Rockwell PLC and HMI programming/troubleshooting.Competency Based: Maintenance TMs should do his/her best to achieve all indices related to maintenance activities based on the following competitiveness:* Working as one team.* Planning and organizing.* Problem Solving.* Communication.* Strategic thinking and mindset.* Willingness for transformational changes.*Flexibility.Travel Requirement:* Domestic/International travel required.Working Hours (Shift) Requirement:* Employment opportunities at employer will be completed on multiple phases. * Shift assignment for this position may change to meet the business needs. * Any changes will be communicated to employees and according to accommodation will be considered.Compensation & Benefits:* Employer offers opportunities for growth, work flexibility, and competitive pay and benefits.* Employer offers competitive medical, vision, and dental insurance.* Employer offers relocation pay for this position. * 401K will be applied to employees beginning in mid to late 2023.* Employer requires a pre-employment drug screen. Minimum Experience: 72 Months Special Requirements: Applicant Must -be a Tech College graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment (certified apprenticeship, etc.). Applicant Must -have a valid drivers' license. Applicant Must -have a minimum of 6 years maintenance career in automated industry. Applicant Must -have experience managing at least 8 team members. Applicant Must -have experience with electrical and Mechanical trouble shooting experience (PLC, Power circuit, inverter & motors).
