What you'll do as Traffic Manager: Workflow Management: Schedule and prioritize work assignments to ensure timely completion within budget constraints. Coordinate with department heads and project managers to allocate resources effectively. Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changing priorities. Communication Liaison: Facilitate productive discussions to resolve scheduling conflicts and address client needs. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate workflow processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement strategies to streamline workflow efficiency and minimize bottlenecks. Proactively address issues and propose innovative solutions to enhance productivity. Resource Optimization: Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and minimize idle time. Support capacity planning across agency teams to help ensure work is evenly distributed and deadlines are met. Proactively identify opportunities to exceed client expectations and enhance satisfaction levels. Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software, with experience in Workamajig preferred.
