Pricing Analyst in GAC Savannah Unique Skills: Knowledge of all types of pricing strategies, to include Market Base, Value Pricing, Cost Plus, etc. Knowledge of Syncron Price Software is a bonus. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 2 years relevant experience. Position Purpose: Under general supervision, establish or modify current, accurate list prices based on analysis of procurement history, in-house manufacturing history or market forces. Evaluate and develop sell prices on aircraft service changes from furnished bill of materials. Support pricing efforts related to special projects. Learn to become subject matter expert on pricing methodologies and strategies. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: 1. Maintain a competency-level knowledge of Gulfstream pricing methodologies including internal factors which influence pricing. 2. Analyze pricing inputs such as repair/overhaul cost, vendor costs, labor quotes and/or actuals to determine appropriate pricing based on pricing guidelines. 3. Communicate with internal and outside vendors to resolve issues concerning cost. 4. Utilize work orders to establish and validate pricing of in-house manufactured details and assemblies, considering material size and type, labor quotes and/or actuals, and other applicable inputs. 5. Utilize repair/overhaul work orders for customer parts and Gulfstream parts to determine cost of overhaul/repair. 6. Respond to e-mail and other communications regarding requests for prices from internal and external customers. 7. Using established pricing guidelines and processes, maintain the parts pricing master file. 8. Compile cost, price and other documentation for quoting activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Other Requirements: 1. Experience with GAC inventory management software (currently Corridor) desired. 2. Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite programs (spreadsheet, database, word processing). 3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints desired.
