Commercial Construction Project Manager Based in Brunswick, GA Commercial developer looking for a Construction Project Manager. This role will be responsible for horizontal development and vertical infrastructure. The Commercial Construction Project Manager oversees installation and building of utilities, infrastructures, roads, buildings. This role involves dealing with municipalities, inspectors, subcontractors, and others. (Salary and Benefits Based off Experience) Base Responsibilities: Responsibilities for Commercial Construction Project Manager

• Determine and define scope of work for foremen and teams
• Point of contact for clients, managers, contractors, and all others involved during initial planning stage.
• Quickly able to build relationships, collaborate and negotiate
• Predict resources needed such as tools, supplies, support equipment
• Support administrative staff to obtain permits and other regulatory prerequisites
• Draft and submit budget based on company guidelines
• Manage construction schedule, budget, supply and manpower expectations
• Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines
• Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes
• Coordinate efforts during the entire project timeline between contractors, engineers, designers, etc. for negotiations, revisions, and additions.
• Highly communicative to anticipate and coordinate potential concerns.
• Able to handle multiple facets on multiple projects
• Ensures safety guidelines and training are adhered to on job sites **Preference will be shown towards candidates with a 4-year college degree. ** Requirements include a minimum of 5 years project management experience; additional experience in commercial and residential construction and remodeling projects is a plus. Qualifications for Commercial Construction Project Manager
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
  • Project management certification preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management within commercial construction.
  • Strong understanding of blueprints and drawings
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit 3D
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software
  • Demonstrated experience in construction, engineering, and preferably plumbing knowledge
  • Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs
  • High degree of familiarity with contract, supplier, and municipality documents, terms, and conditions
  • Strong leadership and management skills
