Job DetailsJob Location SEMA-HUNT - Savannah, GA -Salary Range $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 Salary/year Responsible for the overall management of site maintenance operations in support of a government aviation contract. Directs site aircraft maintenance requirements to include all aspects of personnel management, aircraft scheduled and unscheduled maintenance actions, logistics management and ground support equipment maintenance. This role is the direct representative of the company to the on-site customer and requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to perform in a high-pressure customer driven environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

1. Responsible for the daily operational readiness of assigned program aircraft and ground support equipment.

2. Ensures assigned site personnel are properly trained and qualified to perform all program site tasking.

3. Responsible for site safety and facility compliance with all government, company and local safety policies and directives.

4. Responsible for maintenance and material forecasting and the planning to ensure all scheduled maintenance requirements are completed on schedule.

5. Responsible for managing work shift schedules and assignments to ensure staffing meets the customer's flight schedule and operational needs.

6. Ensure quality maintenance practices are strictly adhered to and maintenance is performed "by the book" at all times.

7. Responsible for accurate and timely maintenance documentation for government and company required information reporting systems.

8. Ensures all site reporting requirements are completed by prescribed due dates.

9. Responsible for maintaining a vibrant and high energy work atmosphere in alignment with King Kulture and King Aerospace Cornerstone Principles.

10. If applicable, comply with the program / site union collective bargaining agreement and establish a fair and reasonable working relationship with union stewards and representatives.

11. Ensure all site personnel disciplinary actions are thoroughly documented per company policy and approved by the KA Home Office People Department.

12. Perform a variety of duties depending upon the shifting needs of the company.

13. Responsible for all other duties as assigned. * Must have a current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) license and a current driver's license.

* Excellent written and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.

* Ability to manage priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

* Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret Level security clearance.



EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

* Minimum of five years of experience as a maintenance supervisor / manager overseeing flight line maintenance operations.

* Must have experience maintaining King Air (military C-12) aircraft.

* Previous military aviation experience is a plus.

* Associates or bachelor's degree preferred.



WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This is not a remote position. You are required to be present at the on-site location. Work is performed in a flight line environment with moderate to high noise levels and exposure to fluctuating weather conditions and fumes associated with aircraft maintenance operations.



PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit, and talk or hear, stand, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.
