As a self-starter with the ability to maintain your responsibilities with little supervision, you will be essential to ensuring that our cooperate office is in a Best in Class condition. You will help ensure all components are in a properly functioning manor and provide our corporate support team a pleasant and positive daily experience. Your organizational and time management skills will be your keys to excelling in this role and to being a vital member of the Construction Team and of the organization. Responsibilities

  • Manage and ensure the timely completion of assigned store maintenance issues, maintaining accurate records and notes. Provide project status reports to the Senior Facilities Manager, for review and troubleshooting if needed.
  • Troubleshoot, identify scopes, and estimate costs of repair for various maintenance issues.
  • Execute repairs for building deficiencies and provide status reports to Senior Facilities Manager for evaluation of deficiencies and executing improvements.
  • Input, update and close out work orders in a timely manner.
  • Communicate responsively and effectively on a daily basis with Senior Facilities Manager while maintaining a consistent project load.
  • Maintain and execute proper repair knowledge of flooring, drywall, door & lock assemblies, painting, minor electrical, minor plumbing, minor HVAC, and the ability to assemble and fix commercial grade office furniture.
  • Maintain knowledge in safety best practices, MSDS, EPA, and OSHA regulations.
  • Work hands on daily in extreme weather conditions. Able to lift up to 75 pounds and climb ladders and stairs. Qualifications
    • High School Diploma
    • 3+ years of experience in a facilities maintenance position
    • 2+ years of experience with HVAC
    • 2+ years of experience in electrical and/or plumbing maintenance
    • Knowledge of construction/facilities repair means, methods, and costs
    • Must have basic knowledge of how to work with, assemble, and fix commercial grade office furniture
    • Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands
    • Must be detail-oriented
    • Self-starter and minimal supervision need to complete task
    • Physical demands for this position frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely inside and occasionally outside of the office, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard. The position may require the ability to lift up and move up to 75 pounds, occasionally ascent/descend a ladder and/or stairs, and exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Preferred Qualifications
      • Trade certificates
      • Knowledge of Service Channel application
      • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
      • Knowledge of Service Channel and Smartsheet
      • Burglary/CCTV systems, Access Control, Fire Monitoring, and Fire Suppression systems
      • Trade Certified and/or Licensed
      • Knowledge of Accruent and/or ReQLogic applicationsOur Benefits Include :
