Warranty ManagerA leading local home builder is in search of an experienced Warranty Manager. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates with 5 years of experience in Residential home building.As the Warranty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through the successful resolution of warranty claims. You will work closely with the Construction and Customer Service teams to maintain high levels of quality and service.Warranty Manager Position Responsibilities:

• Manage warranty claims process from start to finish
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and subcontractors
• Conduct site visits to evaluate and resolve warranty issues
• Maintain detailed records of all warranty claims
• Collaborate with the Construction and Customer Service teams to improve qualityWarranty Manager Qualifications
  • Bachelors preferred, NOT required
  • 5 years of experience within Residential Construction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of residential building codes and regulationsThis position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000-$100,000 and a full benefits package.
