The Assistant Construction Manager assists with the management of all construction activities related to Enmarket.

JOB EXPECTATIONS/DUTIES

• Assists with re-image/rebranding of legacy and acquired stores.
• Reviews design and construction plans.
• Compiles bid packages.
• Prepares and executes construction contracts.
• Manages all facets of new store construction. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience working with a general contractor in commercial construction is required.
  • Knowledge of construction practices and ability to read construction plans is required.
  • Project engineer or project management experience with a general contractor is preferred.
  • Experience with CAD and/or AutoCAD is preferred.
  • Supervisory/leadership experience is preferred. Physical Requirements:
