Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Lead Product Consultant for the role of Sr. Manager - Projects. The ideal candidate will have 15 to 18 years of experience with mandatory expertise in Teamcenter. This role involves overseeing complex projects ensuring seamless integration and driving innovation. The candidate will contribute significantly to our companys mission and societal impact.
Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of complex projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee the integration of Teamcenter with other systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team ensuring best practices are followed.
• Drive innovation by leveraging expertise in Teamcenter and other PLM tools.
• Ensure seamless data migration and integration processes minimizing downtime and errors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure project alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders ensuring transparency and clarity.
• Implement automated and manual testing processes to ensure the reliability of PLM systems.
• Utilize Azure AWS and GCP for cloud-based solutions enhancing scalability and performance.
• Provide training and support to team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations maintaining high-quality deliverables.
  Qualifications
• Possess extensive experience in Teamcenter demonstrating deep technical knowledge.
• Have a strong understanding of PLM Data Migration and Functional Knowledge.
• Experience with CAD Integration and Migration tools is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Azure AWS and GCP for cloud solutions is a plus.
• Demonstrate proficiency in PLM Automated and Manual Testing.
• Experience in Multi Channel domain is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proven track record of driving innovation and process improvements.
• Ability to work collaboratively
