Description:Were looking for a Sales Operations Manager who will be responsible for providing broad day-to-day support that eliminates friction and creates seamlessness in the sales experience. This person will be a systems-thinker who enjoys refining and implementing sales processes, managing pipeline performance, measuring sales funnel activities, generating visualized reporting and analysis, and is a high value-add business partner to the organization.Responsibilities: Sales Process Management: Recognizing need for, developing, and implementing processes andprocess improvements that drive increases in profitable revenue growth Performance Management: Partnering with sales leaders to define and design processes andprocess improvement for real-time visibility of performance of sales teams at individual andteam levels Sales Planning and Forecasting: Partnering with sales leaders to create and maintain salesforecasting models and data for use in goal setting Reporting: Compile, drive, and/or generate all reporting for area of responsibility, includingrequirements and results Data Governance and Management: Managing and maintaining sales data in CRM, ensuringadherence to governance and data quality Compensation and Incentive Planning: Creating, communicating, and compensatingunderstandable goals with a fair compensation structure that rewards individuals foroutstanding work, but also encourages teams to work togetherRequirements: Education: Bachelors degree required in business or related field. Experience: 5+ years experience in sales, customer service, or related field, preferably in the transportation or manufacturing industries, with at least 3+ years in a sales operations position.Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including advanced data functions in Excel and PowerBI.
