We are looking to bring in a great Personal Lines Insurance Sales Agent! BENEFITS FOR THE PERSONAL LINES INSURANCE SALES AGENT: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off/ Sick leave Paid holidays RESPONSIBILITES OF THE PERSONAL LINES INSURANCE SALES AGENT: Market their services to various potential clients Quote new business and cross selling opportunities Sell at a minimum of 40k in new bus. Premium each month Manage invoices and distribution to appropriate party Develop and maintain Referral Partner programs Work with designated CSE to assure all required documents and quotes are processed in an organized and timely manner REQUIREMENTS OF THE PERSONAL LINES INSURANCE SALES AGENT: Property and Casualty Licens e is needed but will help for the right candidate Experience of at least 2-3 years working in insurance prefered You look at every interaction as a selling opportunity You have fantastic people skills and think of the customers' needs always You are persistent and honest in every occasion You have a wide knowledge of the products we offer and the technical know-how (or have the will to learn) EXCITED?
