Responsibilities:
--- Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing
and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to
ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met
--- Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in
order to provide quick response times to their needs
--- Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our
agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and
closing process
--- Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so
that goals are met in a timely fashion
--- Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets
while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the
form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our
customers
--- Lead generate
--- Schedule appointments and meet new clients on a daily basis
--- Show homes
--- Negotiate contracts
--- Provide white-glove service
Qualifications:
--- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
--- Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up
skills
--- Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability
to learn new systems quickly
--- Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus
--- Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close
appointments over the phone
--- Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
--- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
--- Strong negotiating skills
--- Hold an active SC Real Estate License (or obtain it before
joining the team)
