/ Requirements Needed: Bachelor’s degree in a general field, or 3
years of documented professional sales success Minimum 2 years of
industry-related experience in fuel, lubricants, propane, or
related sectors Experience or strong background in B2B sales,
account management, and territory growth Proven ability to generate
new business through cold calling and pipeline development Strong
background in managing customer relationships, performing product
presentations, and collaborating with internal operations teams
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Proficiency
with Microsoft Excel and business software Valid driver’s license
with willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
What you will Be Doing This role is a field-based sales position
where the person will actively grow the company’s business in their
assigned territory. They will spend much of their time reaching out
to new businesses to introduce and sell products like fuel,
lubricants, and propane, making at least 50 calls a week to find
potential customers. They will also manage relationships with
existing clients, checking in regularly and reviewing business
performance to ensure customers are satisfied and the company meets
its sales goals. The person will coordinate with internal teams,
like operations and bulk plant staff, to solve any customer issues
and make sure deliveries and services run smoothly. They’ll track
their sales activity, report results to their manager, and
represent the company at industry events and trade shows. The role
requires someone with proven experience in B2B sales, knowledge of
the fuel or related industries, strong communication skills, and
the ability to travel throughout the territory as needed.
