The role involves performing gross examination of surgical specimens, preparing tissues for histologic processing, and ensuring proper specimen documentation. The Pathology Assistant plays a critical role in supporting pathologists and maintaining efficient laboratory workflow. This position offers a structured weekday schedule with no on-call responsibilities.
