Job Description Job Description Description: Organizes and leads
activities of children ages 6 weeks to 4 years by performing the
following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the
following. Other duties may be assigned. Helps children remove
outer garments. Organizes and participates in games, reads to
children, and teaches them simple painting, drawing, handwork,
songs, and similar activities. Develop schedules and routines.
Directs children in eating, resting, and toileting. Change diapers
of infants and toddlers. Helps children develop habits of caring
for own clothing and picking up and putting away toys and books.
Attend to all physical needs of an infant and toddler. Serves meals
and refreshments to children and regulates rest periods. Assists in
preparing food and cleaning. Regular and reliable attendance is an
essential function of this position. Competencies To perform the

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must
be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The
requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge,
skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience Lead
teacher should possess a CDA or higher. Floater should have at
least six months related experience and/or training.
