This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage budgets, audits, and reporting efficiently. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in accounting software systems and financial management, contributing to strategic decision-making and operational success. Responsibilities: • Supervise all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards through regular audits and reviews. • Prepare accurate financial reports and statements using tools like Crystal Reports. • Develop and manage budgets, providing insights to support organizational goals. • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency. • Utilize accounting software systems to maintain precise records and manage transactions. • Oversee the implementation and optimization of CRM tools related to financial operations. • Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. • Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team, fostering growth. • Proven experience as a Controller or similar financial leadership role within real estate. • Proficiency in accounting software systems and tools, including Crystal Reports. • Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general auditing practices. • Familiarity with budget development and financial planning processes. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. • Effective communication and leadership skills for team management. • Experience with CRM platforms and their application in financial services. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
