to oversee field operations for commercial and government
construction projects. This full-time, onsite leadership role is

Superintendent will collaborate closely with Project Managers and
field teams, ensuring that each project meets high standards of

Responsibilities Lead field operations from project start to finish
with an emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity. Coordinate
with the Project Manager to develop schedules, budgets, and
resource plans. Supervise jobsite setup, including temporary
utilities, signage, and safety protocols. Interpret and enforce
project plans, specifications, and contract requirements. Manage
and direct subcontractors, craft labor, and suppliers for timely
execution of work. Conduct regular jobsite inspections and meetings
with subcontractors and stakeholders. Maintain daily reports,
equipment tracking, and communication logs. Identify and resolve
jobsite issues proactively, communicating delays or changes to the
Project Manager. Ensure all punch list and closeout activities are
completed with precision and professionalism. Promote a culture of
safety and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal
regulations. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in
commercial construction supervision. Associate’s degree in
Construction Management or related field preferred. Strong
understanding of commercial construction processes, scheduling, and
site logistics. Excellent communication and leadership skills with
the ability to coordinate diverse teams. Proven ability to read and
interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals.
High standards of workmanship and a commitment to jobsite
cleanliness and professionalism. Comfortable building relationships
with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors. Must be
driven, detail-oriented, and professional in appearance and
