Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an
elementary school located in North Charleston, SC. This contract
role starts as soon as possible, ideally on January 5, and runs
through April 3, with the potential to extend through the end of
the school year. The schedule consists of 7.5 hours per day,
totaling 37.5 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver
speech-language therapy services to students according to an
existing caseload. - Implement individualized treatment plans in
alignment with school guidelines. - Monitor student progress and
maintain accurate documentation. - Collaborate with educators and
other professionals to support student communication goals.
Qualifications: - Active South Carolina SLP license required. -
American Speech-Language-Hearing Associations Certificate of
Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred. - Experience working in school
settings highly desirable. - Candidates holding a current license
or Clinical Fellowship status may be considered, provided
supervision can be arranged. Work Schedule and Important Dates: -
Position follows the school calendar. - Exclusionary dates when
campuses are closed include January 19, February 16, April 6-10,
and May 25. - No makeup services required at this time. This
