Oversee the daily operations of the neuro med-surg unit. Coordinate patient care activities among staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and patient safety. Develop and implement training programs for nursing staff. Monitor and optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient patient care. Participate in interdisciplinary teams to review and improve patient-care processes. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
