Job Description:
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN in Oncology at HCA
Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional
oncological care at one of our leading facilities. This position
offers a unique opportunity to oversee nursing staff and ensure
that each patient receives the highest standard of care. You will
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to streamline processes,
manage patient care, and contribute to the department's goals. Your
leadership will make a direct impact on patient outcomes and staff
development. Oversee the nursing staff and daily operations of the
oncology department. Monitor patient care for quality and adherence
to standards of care. Assist in the development and implementation
of nursing policies and procedures. Provide training and guidance
to nursing staff to enhance professional development. Participate
in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. Manage
patient data and confidentiality according to legal and ethical
standards. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in electronic
health record (EHR) systems Experience in oncology nursing Ability
to handle high-stress situations compassionately and effectively

401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification required Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
