Develop and implement training programs for all nursing personnel. Coordinate and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with other health care professionals. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Manage patient records and documentation. Provide direct patient care when necessary. Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers. Strong leadership and organizational skills In-depth knowledge of oncology care practices and protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred
