Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other medications as prescribed Monitor patient response to treatments and adjust care plans as necessary Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and post-care strategies Collaborate with oncologists and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care Participate in research and clinical trials as applicable Maintain accurate patient records and follow healthcare regulations and standards Proficient in chemotherapy administration and management Strong knowledge of cancer treatment and side effect management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Adept in patient assessments and critical thinking Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification preferred
